The OpenScape Desk Phone CP410 is a customizable desk phone supporting up to 6 SIP accounts, available in black. It features a 3.5-inch, 480×320 resolution display, but lacks a touchscreen. PoE is supported, with optional Wi-Fi, though Bluetooth is not available. The headset connects via RJ-9.

It has 5 context-sensitive softkeys with tri-color LEDs and 6 fixed function keys: Hold, Transfer, Conference, Settings, Messages, and Absence. The high-contrast TFT display shows context-sensitive actions, while the 5 buttons next to it, equipped with LED indicators, assist in operation.

Like other models in the series, it offers 6 fixed function keys, 4 with LED status indicators. The CP410 includes Gigabit Ethernet and Energy Efficient Ethernet, and can connect up to 4 key modules (KM410/KM710) for additional programmable keys.

The USB interface supports USB headsets and the CP10 Wi-Fi stick. PoE enables simple installation via LAN cable, eliminating the need for an extra power supply, which reduces installation complexity and enhances reliability with a central UPS.
